There are some common reasons why your items might be failing to list on Depop and what you can do to fix them.

1. No personal address added

Your listing will fail on Depop if you don't have a valid address associated with your account.

To fix this, we recommend creating your first listing directly on Depop before using Reeva. This ensures your account setup is complete and helps prevent listing issues.

2. Broken connection between Reeva and Depop

This error typically occurs due to an issue between Reeva and Depop. To fix this, simply reconnect your Depop account on Reeva.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Reeva app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Your Stores.
  3. Select Depop.
  4. In your store details, tap on Re-sync.

This will automatically reconnect your Depop account to Reeva. After reconnecting, try listing your item again, and it should be successful.
