Here are some common reasons why your items might be failing to list on Mercari and how to fix them:

1. No Credit Card

You cannot list an item on Mercari without adding a valid credit card to your account. Here’s how to add or update your credit card on Mercari:

  1. On your desktop, log in to your Mercari account.
  2. Click on your profile icon.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. In the left column, click on My Payment Methods.
  5. Add your credit card details.
  6. Confirm and you are done.

2. Broken connection between Autolist and Mercari

This error typically occurs due to an issue between Autolist and Mercari. To fix this, simply reconnect your Mercari account on Autolist.
