There are some common reasons why your items might be failing to list on Poshmark and what you can do to fix them.

1. New to Poshmark

If you are a new seller on Poshmark, we recommend creating your first listing directly on Poshmark before using Reeva. This ensures your account setup is complete and can prevent issues with listing failures.

2. Broken connection between Reeva and Poshmark

This error typically occurs due to an issue between Reeva and Poshmark. To fix this, simply reconnect your Poshmark account on Reeva.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Reeva app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Your Stores.
  3. Select Poshmark.
  4. In your store details, tap on Re-sync.

This will automatically reconnect your Poshmark account to Reeva. After reconnecting, try listing your item again, and it should be successful.

3. Listing Too Many Items Too Quickly
